Year-End Referral Bonus
All services count together — DSCR360 loans, foreclosure surplus recovery and Smart Flex Medicare referrals. Reach a tier by December 30 and earn a cash bonus on top of your 50/50 commission split.

Program rules
- The program year runs January 1 through December 30. The first program year is 2027, and the program repeats each year.
- A “successful referral” is a new referral you submit as a member that closes and for which the company has been paid (for example, a loan funds, a claim is recovered, or an enrollment takes effect). Submitted or pending referrals do not count.
- DSCR360, foreclosure surplus recovery and Smart Flex referrals all count together toward one total. Each referral counts once. You may not refer yourself.
- You earn one tier bonus for the highest tier you reach (tiers are not added together). The $250 Multi-Service Bonus is added when your successful referrals include 2 or more different services.
- Bonuses are paid by January 31 after verification. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we may require a W-9 and issue a 1099.
- Total bonuses for a program year are limited to 10% of the commission income the company receives from that year’s program referrals. If qualifying bonuses exceed that amount, they are reduced proportionally.
- If a counted referral is cancelled, reversed or charged back, your bonus may be adjusted or recovered.
- Medicare-related referrals count only where permitted by federal and state rules, and foreclosure surplus referrals count only where permitted by state law. Some referrals may be excluded.
- You must be a member in good standing. For your current count, call 770-264-1320.
Bonus is not guaranteed income and is subject to program terms, eligibility and applicable law. The company may change or end the program for future program years. Void where prohibited.
